A Slap in the Face

I am in the midst of waiting for the release of most recent english-subbed episode of the brand-new SBS 강심장 a.k.a Strong Heart where Lee Dong Wook make his debut in variety show (and SISTAR's Hyorin making appearance as guest which is always as beautiful-yet-ajuma-like as expected).

So I'm re-watching some previous episodes and got really really really slapped sooo hard in the face by episode 119's scene of speech done by Korea's Oprah Winfrey Park Kyung Lim in response to heartbreaking story of Park Eun Hye's couple. (FYI, both Park Eun Hye and Park Kyung Lim has suffered miscarriages during their marriage), and this is it:

"To tell you the truth I also had that kind of pain last year. For a woman it hurts a lot but the other family members also feel hurt, that's why I'm doing my best not to cry but to smile. I found out that a person who is always smiling must also have bad memory. And I think that among the people I know there must be people who can't say their pain, and like that I am thankful because I learned a lesson from it. From the viewers there must be women who have the same pain like us, someone must have had greater pain than us so I think we must not cry but smile and do our best, so... Fighting!"
