"How about a situation where no staff nor residents can help you? How about a situation where your patient falls into shock and fast decisions are what makes the difference of life and death? What will you do then? Your wishful thinking that there will always be others to do it for you, that is fatal to both the doctor and the patient. You must be firm in your decision as much as this. I think I can call it determination."
